Visitor pass cannot be requested

A visitor pass can be blocked by your monthly limit, a closed or unavailable parking lot, or unavailable dates.

If the page shows 0 left

You have most likely reached the monthly limit for that pass type.

  1. Open Visitor parking.
  2. Check Remaining in for the current month.
  3. If the pass type shows 0 left, choose a different eligible pass type or wait for the next monthly period.
  4. If the visit cannot wait, contact your property manager to ask whether an exception is allowed.

If New pass is unavailable

The building does not currently have a resident-bookable parking lot or rule.

  1. Confirm that New pass is disabled.
  2. Contact your property manager and ask whether the visitor lot is closed or resident booking has been turned off.

Next action: Try New pass again after management reopens or configures a resident-bookable lot.

If Re-check shows Not available

  1. In New visitor pass, return to When.
  2. Review the reason shown under the pass period marked Not available.
  3. Change Arrives or Leaves, or select another Lot when that choice is offered.
  4. Select Re-check again.
  5. Select an Available pass period, then select Next.

Result: You can continue only after at least one pass period is selectable.

If Re-check shows Overlimit

  1. Select the Overlimit pass period if the checkbox is available.
  2. Select Next and complete any Disclaimer or Terms step.
  3. Select Submit.

Result: The pass is requested for staff review. It is not valid until staff approves it.
