Delete a visitor pass
Delete a visitor parking pass that is still eligible for removal. You need Visitor parking enabled for residents, and the pass must show Delete pass.
- Open Visitor parking.
- Select Active, Upcoming, or Past to find the pass.
- Select the pass.
- Select Delete pass.
- Select Delete in Delete Parking Pass.

Tip: The portal shows Delete pass only while that pass is eligible for removal. If the action is not shown, the pass cannot be deleted from the resident portal.
Result: A Parking Pass has been deleted. message appears, and the pass is removed from your list.
