Read fees on an amenity reservation

Review the fee breakdown and payment details for a reservation. You need the Amenities service turned on for your building and an amenity booking.

1. Open Amenities.
2. Select My bookings.
3. Select the reservation.
4. Read Payment method and Payment when they are shown.
5. Review each named fee in the fee card.
6. Review Optional items when it is shown.
7. Read Refundable deposit separately from Payment due.

Tip: Payment due is the unpaid balance. A paid line owes nothing. A partial refund shows the amount kept on that fee, and it is not added to Payment due. A refundable deposit is listed separately.

Result: You can see what each charge is for, which amount is refundable, and the amount due.
