Post a marketplace listing
Post an item for sale, rent, or free in your building's web Marketplace and learn what happens when management review is required.
Note: Marketplace is available only on the web and is hidden in the mobile app.
- Sign in to the resident portal on the web.
- Open Marketplace.
- Select Sell something.
- Select Add photos.
- Select Choose from gallery or Take photo.
- Select Continue.
- Enter a Title.
- Choose a Category.
- Choose Sell, Rent, or Free.
- Enter a Price when shown.
- Choose a Condition.
- Enter a Description if needed.
- Select Continue.
- Select I agree to the community rules. Payment between neighbours happens privately, outside the app.
- Select Post listing.
