Pay for an amenity booking by card
Pay the fee on an amenity reservation by card. You need the Amenities service, card payments configured for the building, and a payable reservation whose Payment is Payment due or Partially paid.
- Open Amenities.
- Select My bookings.
- Select a booking marked Payment due or Partially paid.
- Select Pay by credit card.
- Read Amount due. That amount is the fee. When a Refundable deposit is shown, it is not included in the card payment.
- Enter your card details.
- Select Pay by credit card.

Tip: Pay by credit card is shown only for a charged reservation whose payment is Payment due or Partially paid, when the building takes cards and the booking was not already placed by card. Reservations with Cancelled or Done status cannot be paid.
Result: A Taking payment message appears, then Payment submitted. The reservation's payment information updates.
