Report a marketplace listing

Report a Marketplace listing to building management for review without showing the seller who submitted the report.

Note: Marketplace is available only on the web and is hidden in the mobile app.

Sign in to the resident portal on the web.
Open Marketplace.
Select the listing you want to report.
Select More options.
Select Report listing.
Select Prohibited item, Scam or misleading, Offensive content, Not in this building, or Other.
Select Send report.

Result: You see Thanks — management will review it. The seller does not see who submitted the report.
