Delete your app account
Delete your resident login and app personal data immediately. You need a signed-in resident account, and you must be ready to lose access on every device.
- Open Profile.
- Select Account.
- Find Delete my app account.
- Select Delete.
- Read Delete your app account?.
- Select Delete my account.
Delete your app account confirmation — Confirmation titled Delete your app account with Cancel and Delete my account buttons
Important: This action signs you out everywhere and cannot be undone by you. Your name and unit stay in the building directory, and your property manager is notified. If you return, ask your manager for a new invitation.
Result: Your app account is deleted, and you return to the sign-in screen.
