See amenity bookings that need you
Find amenity bookings that are waiting for a decision, a payment, or a refund. You need staff access, and the building must have Amenities turned on.
- Open Home.
- Find Upcoming amenities. The line under the title says Needs approval or payment.Home Upcoming amenities card — Home card titled Upcoming amenities with the line Needs approval or payment
- Read the mark on the row: Needs approval, Unpaid, Partially paid, Link sent, or Refund requested.
- Select the row to open that booking.
- Click View all to open Amenities.
Result: You are on the booking that needs a decision, or on the Amenities list.
Tip: When nothing is waiting, the card says No upcoming bookings need approval or payment. The card is not a switch under Customize home. It shows whenever Amenities is on for the building.
