Mark a marketplace listing sold or rented
Close your active Marketplace listing by marking the item sold or rented so neighbours no longer see it as available.
Note: Marketplace is available only on the web and is hidden in the mobile app.
- Sign in to the resident portal on the web.
- Open Marketplace.
- Select My listings.
- Select Mark sold or Mark rented on the active listing.
Result: You see Marked as sold or Marked as rented, and the listing no longer appears as available.
