Book an amenity with Ask AI
Reserve an amenity by asking Ask AI. The time has to fit the hours, closed dates, and booking limits your building already set. Your building must have Amenities and Ask AI enabled.
- Sign in to the resident portal.
- Open Ask AI.
- Type the amenity, the date, and the time in Ask about your building….
- Select Send.
- When a booking card appears, review the date and time.
- Select Approve.
Tip: If the time is outside the open hours, falls on a closed date, or breaks a booking limit, Ask AI explains the rule and does not show a card. Ask for a time that fits, or open Amenities and select Book.
