Add entry instructions to a request
Tell staff how to enter your unit for an existing service request. You need the Requests service turned on and a request that still allows comments.
- Open Requests.
- Select the request.
- Expand What happens next.
- Select Edit beside Entry instructions.
- Enter how staff should get into your unit.
- Select Save.

Tip: Entry instructions can contain up to 500 characters. If Edit is not shown, the request no longer allows this change.
Result: An Entry instructions saved message appears, and the instructions are shown in the request details.
