Message a marketplace seller
Start a private Marketplace conversation with a seller, send a message, and find the conversation again under Messages.
Note: Marketplace is available only on the web and is hidden in the mobile app.
- Sign in to the resident portal on the web.
- Open Marketplace.
- Select the listing you want to ask about.
- Select Message [seller name].
- Enter your message in Message.
- Select Send.
Tip: To send a prepared opening message, select Is this still available? or Can I pick up tonight? under Quick message.
