Cancel an amenity booking
Cancel a pending or approved reservation. You need the Amenities service turned on for your building. The booking shows Cancel, or Cancel and ask for refund when a fee was paid.
- Open Amenities.
- Select My bookings.
- Select the booking under Upcoming.
- Select Cancel, or Cancel and ask for refund when you paid a fee.
- In Cancel this booking?, select the same button again.

Tip: Select Keep booking if you do not want to cancel. When a security deposit was paid, the sheet says Your security deposit will be released.
Result: The booking is cancelled right away. A Booking cancelled message appears, or Booking cancelled. Refund requested. when a paid fee is waiting for the manager. Status becomes Cancelled. The deposit is released. Paid fees become refund requests. The booking does not stay open while the manager reviews the refund.
